I build Shopify stores for brands that have outgrown their template - or never fit one to begin with. Custom themes, checkout flows, and apps that do exactly what the business needs, nothing it doesn't.
Most stores I work on are doing real volume. The brief is usually the same: make it faster, make it easier to manage, and stop losing sales to friction nobody's noticed.
Webflow
Webflow is where I build everything that isn’t e-commerce - portfolio sites, service businesses, editorial projects. The CMS is genuinely good, the hosting is fast, and the client gets a site they can actually update themselves.
I chose Webflow deliberately. It gives me full design control without locking the client out of their own content.
Builds
New sites, rebuilt sites, custom apps. I scope properly before quoting, build to a standard I’d be happy to maintain, and hand over something the team can run with.
Every build includes documentation, training, and 30 days of post-launch support - because a site isn’t finished when it goes live.
Audits & Optimisation
Sometimes the site doesn’t need rebuilding. It needs someone to look at it honestly and tell you what’s actually wrong.
I run a full diagnostic across performance, accessibility, SEO, and conversion - automated tooling plus manual testing across real devices. You get a prioritised report with clear recommendations, not a 60-page PDF full of generic advice.
Diagnose
We start with a conversation. I want to understand the business, not just the brief. What’s working, what isn’t, what you’ve tried before. By the end, you’ll have a clear picture of what needs doing and what it’ll cost - even if the answer is less than you expected.
Build / Fix
Once we’ve agreed on scope, I get to work. You’ll see progress weekly, not just at the end. If something changes - a better approach, a constraint we didn’t anticipate - I’ll surface it early so we can adjust together.
Maintain
A site degrades the moment you stop paying attention to it. I offer ongoing retainers for clients who want their site actively improving - not just kept alive. Performance monitoring, regular optimisation, content support, and a monthly check-in to make sure we’re heading in the right direction.
